The QBE Shootout, formerly and famously known as the Shark Shootout, is held every year in December at the Tiburon Golf Club in Naples. The event began in 1989 out in California but moved to Tiburon in 2001 and is hosted by golfing legend Greg Norman where it is played over the fun Norman designed Gold Course. The QBE Shootout is a team golf event that takes place on the PGA Tour as an unofficial money event. The shootout is a three day, 54 hole stroke play event where teams of 2 compete.
