About Webster Golf Coach Greg
Hello my name is Greg and I am a fun, local Webster golf coach with over 51 years of playing experience and over 35 years of teaching experience! I have been playing golf since the age of 7 and was one of the better junior players in the country. I played college golf at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas and Sam Houston State University. I turned pro in 1987 and worked at a few high end country clubs as an assistant professional. I have made several cuts at State Open golf tournaments including the Nevada Open, North Dakota State Open & the Texas Senior Open. I teach the five modern fundamentals of golf and I keep it simple. I thoroughly engage my students for their feedback. If you follow my instruction, there is no reason you won’t improve with a little practice. I enjoy success-in other words, I get satisfaction from watching my students get better! I teach golf lessons in the Webster area and I will travel up to 15 miles.
